Have you completed lash training and feel you need some support from industry-experienced lash technicians?

We understand that learning the technique of eyelash extension application can be quite difficult and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied and confident in all things eyelash extensions including lash application through to aftercare advice as well as business support and guidance such as salon processes for example.

Lash by Lash has over 10 years of industry knowledge and you will be guided by an industry expert.

Here are some of the areas we have covered during our mentoring sessions:

• Lash technicques - speed, design, hand making fans
• Building a team - going from just yourself to your very first employee
• Salon processes - electronic scheduling program/administration tasks/taking deposits. 
• Customer service to retain clients
• Salon marketing tips 
• Upselling techniques - gain a little more $$ each time
• so much more....

Online and on-site support sessions will be available as well as at our in-house training salon.

• Half day is 4 hours
• Full day is 8 hours
• Date of the session is decided between you and the mentor
• If you choose 'your location' please ensure that you are located in Victoria. Additional travel costs may be incurred if you are located more than 20km from Parkdale 3195.
• If you choose 'At our Salon in Parkdale 3195' the session will be held in a working lash salon however we hold the sessions from a private room. 

After payment, we will email you directly to gain an idea of the topics you wish to cover and the priority order. We will also lock in a mutual date for the session.
